I just received my bator. I have only hatched eggs under broodies so far. Reading the directions is scary! Whatever I have under a broodie, I hatch! I constantly candle & handle them with no problems. She turns them, no problems with heat and humidity no matter what the temp is. I say get a bunch of bantams!
I ordered eggs last week. Were laid Sunday, sent out Monday, still don't have them! I'm in New York, eggs are coming from PA. What a waste of $ Priority Mail is. 1-3 days; no guarantees! I have sent stuff to PA "first class" & it gets there in 1-2 days. If I get my eggs today (Friday) will they still be good? I hate to think of where they've been all this time! Will put them under a bantam to give them a better chance than a bator.
