Hello all!! I have two Gold Laced Wyandottes that I picked up at (supposedly) 8 weeks old. They are both approximately 12-13 weeks old now. I am almost certain they are pullets - no saddle feathers, comb and waddle development is minimal, tail shape and posture seem pullet-ish - but they look so different that I'm concerned one of them may be a cockerel.
First we have Spaghetti (pictured below) - her coloring is throwing me. It could just be poor breeding or some sort of variation...maybe?
Next is Meatball (pictured below) - she is the quintessential gold Laced wyandotte and, I'm almoat certain, a pullet.
What do y'all think??
