No, this one is a Production Red. Red Sex Links typically have white underfluff with some white feathers in the tail.

It can sometimes hard to tell because Rhode island red has a dominate gene. If you've seen a golden comet (white leghorn and Rhode island red hybrid) it looks exactly like a Rhode island red.
I think it looks100% Rhode island red, My dad has 6 Rhode island red hen's that look like that one.
