Araucana chicks are here

My Araucana chicks are here.. and they sure are different .. my last batch of 25 of mixes breeds all had wee tails.. well you could tell at 3 days they have some sort of a tail.. , these dont have that.. its like they dont have a tail..

will post pics later after they settle in..

I would say that probably your first batch weren't true Araucanas if they had a tail. Araucanas don't have tails.

these are so cute, i think i am in love.. not scared one bit.. they hop right into my hand.. after 20 mins..

Some one came by to help us cut down some trees and asked me if my two Araucana Bantams were Guinea Hens? LOL
