Araucana Hen Droopy, ruffled head feathers

[Old Man Chicken]

One of my hens just started standing around with her Head feathers ruffled up and head tucked. Had one other do the
same thing 2 wks. back was alright 4 days later. I have wormed them and it's happened when we have a cold snap. They
eat and drink. Anyone have a idea what it might be.

Is her face swollen at all? Any runny nose? It could be upper respiratory issues.

I'll have to watch to see her poop I have 18 hens in this coop. I'll reply back when I catch her. Thanks for giving me a starting point.

I caught my hen while she pooped. That's normal but I have a gentle Rooster that's nosey he walked up to me checking her.
I saw scabs on his comb. Started looking at the hens They have them to so could it be Lice and or mites. I have the Chicken
Health Handbook. {Gail Damerow} It's good but to many maybe's.
