It's a pullet, but it's not an Araucana. Araucanas are rumpless. You've got an Easter Egger pullet.

Thanks everyone. It's great that its a pullet. No Roos allowed. The reason why I asked was the neck feathers were puffs and it appeared as if she was flaring her neck feathers similar to when the Roos have fights
