Araucana thread anyone?

I don't have any Araucana's I have their close relatives Ameraucana's because I have heard the Araucana's are difficult to hatch with a high death rate in the shell. However I would love to have some if I can find them close to home here in Texas/Okla.
Here is some pictures of my Americana Flock when they were younger. 20190801_120153.jpg 20190801_120223.jpg 20190801_120223.jpg 20190801_120223.jpg 20190710_181902.jpg 20190726_211209.jpg 20190801_120153.jpg 20190726_211209.jpg 20190710_181902.jpg Still not sure which are hens & which are Roosters. Waiting to see which ones lay eggs.
Have also been told that these may be Easter Egger and not Amercauna's. So maybe you can give me your opinion.

Depending on where you are in Texas (Panhandle?), there's somebody in Missouri and another in Louisiana who breed.

Your birds are Easter Eggers.

I'm now down to one chick that my hen hatched. From 9 eggs to 6 hatching, and my damned dog has killed 4 and suspected to have killed a 5 th.

The only swedish flower chick is gone Wah. That freaking dog has killed an entire flock this year. I can't even figure out how they managed to get out of the run. I've reinforced the bottom 4 feet with 1/2 inch hardware cloth.

Maybe it’s time to get rid of the dog. :idunno
