Araucana thread anyone?

Well keep in mind I've not had Araucana before now, I've had most other breeds though. I don't see any red at all in their combs. I've got some 6-9 wk old pullets here and their combs look identical to yours.

Here is my 11 week old ... pullet? She/he was the only one to hatch from shipped eggs. No tufts are visable.....sigh.......

These are the babies I kept from Cordedor's eggs. I kept the ones that had smaller/less beefy legs. I think I may have guessed wrong, though. What are your thoughts on their genders and what specifically are their color types? They are almost 9 weeks old.

The cuckoo look rooish to me because it is getting its waddles. I have never had a pullet with those. But comb wise it looks like a pullet. My cuckoos are super hard to sex because they seem to mature lots slower than the other colors. Everyone else looks like a pullet. Maybe someone else will have a different idea.

Hello all. I've been reading, but not talking much. I thought I would post pics of our "pair" of Araucanas. I am pretty sure the one with the tail is a boy and the rumpless a girl. Any thoughts? Perch is trying to tuft on her right side if someone? will leave it alone and let it grow. At first I was disappointed with Arie's tail, but now I kind of like it. He looks like a game bird running around the pasture.

My female is growing feathers(tufts) on her right side, but one of the other chicks seems to be pecking them off. It may be the boy. I haven't seen anyone in the act, but she has these pins sticking out and last week they were looking like feathers, and now they are looking like pins, so someone is nibbling.
