Archives?

Does anyone here know why the Auction forum was moved into archive?

I looked and it contains posts from 2007 to 2020. One of the other staff members might be able to answer this if there's some other reason, but I just thought it's where older posts are stored.

Somewhere in there the name was changed from Buy, Sell, Auction to Buy, Sell, Trade, but the rules still contain information about auctions.
