I have owned the pearl white leghorns that are sold by numerous hatcheries for 3 years. They are getting "used up" and I need to replace them for my "egg racist" customers. They did great while they were in production but have slowed Wwaayyy down. Time for them to move on.

I see red leghorns, silver laced leg horns, buff.... you get the idea.

Are they all large, white egg, 250 day a year layers like my scrawny, white girls are?

I also see Rose Comb Leghorns for sale. Same questions. Would be much better in the MN winters.

All leghorns lay large white eggs. Not all lay that many eggs as the pearls are specifically bred for egg production and nothing else. The other colors can lay as well though. You'll just need to ask the place you purchase them from if their line lays well. The rosecombs would be better in winter and they have the same traits as the single comb.

I agree with what David said.
The "Pearl White Leghorns" are more like a hybred like "Production Reds".

I just have one light brown leghorn. She lays almost every day. I really just got her because I like her colors and floppy comb- the eggs are a nice bonus. They are really easy to find too.
