meat birds, caponized? & If so, when? Prior to being shipped to a grower? Or is it the growers responsiblity? & If they are caponized, MAN! that's gotta be quite a long procedure!
 
Today factory farmed meat birds aren't caponized. They are killed long before sexual maturity would cause problems.
 
Ahh, that makes perfect sense then...create a breed of bird that has the tenderness of a capon, without the caponizing, & maximum amount of meat PRIOR to needing to be caponized! BRILLIANT!!!! (klinks Guniess bottles with other person)
