So the first one is being confused by butter. Literally. Often I will go to the fridge and I want salted butter, so I’ll reach for the box with red. But some brands the red is unsalted and the blue is salted, and vise-versa. It’s so confusing! This happened today (probably for the millionth time) when I was making brownies. I know this is super odd topic but, yeah.

Interesting. I have local farm butter, it comes in tubs with no color. Interesting.
