Are bakery muffins ok

I have some leftover bran & corn muffins from a morning meeting. Can I give one to my 4 hens as a treat or are they bad for them / too sugary?

They will love them as a treat. Yes, they are sugary sweet but you are spliting one 4 ways. Don't worry about it.

They are 8 months old but I've only had them for a month. Love to give them new treats but don't want to give them the wrong thing.
