So I'm just wondering if anyone else does a once weekly fermented grain treat for their birds like this. I mix Black-oil Sunflower seeds, wheat grains, non-rolled oats, corn, and soybeans. The ratio is 2:2:1:1:1 and they are left to soak from the morning before I feed them. My turkeys and ducks seem to enjoy it a great deal although my chickens seem to mainly go for the corn, wheat, and sunflower seeds. Any opinions on what can be added to this? I used a feed calculator from my local Ag-exchange and it says 19.1%cp and 94.3%TDN So I was wondering if I need anything special to add.

Soaking them overnight isn't fermenting, so they aren't getting the probiotics from it. Nothing wrong with what you're doing, but just letting you know in order to ferment it, it's three days.

If this is just a treat and not a meal, then it's not so picky what you put in there. I use 1/2 Kalmbacks Henhouse Reserve (a grain and pellet layer feed), 1/4 hard red winter wheat, 1/4 rolled oats, a bit of chia, and flax, but go easy on those last two as they'll muck it up otherwise.
