Same. I know lots of people claim they somehow manage to keep their feet pretty clean but I'd probably get some and then find out we have the wrong kind of mud, or something.

Shame because I really like the look of Brahmas.

Hmm…I mean “clean” is relative so I’m sure a clean fluffy chicken foot is as clean as my chicken coop. 😆

Same here; clean-legged was on my “must” list.

Their legs are still filthy much of the time, of course, but a nice stroll through a water bowl takes care of that. 🙄

There are silver penciled rocks. Same coloring as dark brahmas, straight comb, clean legs. Light sussex and Colombian wyandotte have the same color as light brahmas. Only one I can't think of a color match for is the buff. If you can strip the silver off the light/Colombian, you get a buff Colombian (buff brahma coloring). Breeding for that.....more difficult as silver affects red/gold colors.
