Are bantam eggs harder to hatch?

Hi there,
I was talking to someone and I mentioned that I'd like get some sebrites but to hatch them out instead of buying them.
The person said the bantam eggs are much more difficult to hatch successfully and shipped bantam eggs are impossible.
I know shipped eggs have reduced chances, but are bantam eggs really harder to hatch?

Some Sebright lines may have issues with fertility, but in my experience bantam eggs are no harder to hatch than large fowl eggs.
