Are chickens allowed in Palm Bay FL??

Hi! I have looked everywhere to see if chickens are allowed in brevard county Florida. Some say they are, some say with permits, and some just straight up say not at all.. I would really like to know if anyone had researched this.

yes you can have 4 chicken and 2 goats in palm bay. I have 4

Talk to them and ask they would be willing to rehome the roo.
If the birds are in their yard, not yours, I'm not seeing an issue.
