are d'uccles naturally quiet??

I have a little bearded porcelain d'uccle rooster that is 11 weeks old and he never peeps. He does but it is very very faint where you can barely hear it. (That's occasionally) he never makes a sound ever. Is this normal?

Our Porcelain D'Uccle rooster is quite the loud feller! He crows at the top of his lungs! But I don't think it's anything you should be concerned about if he doesn't crow super loud. I have two serama roosters that can't crow more than a tiny squeak and they're fine and has been since we got them about a year ago!
