Are either of these a roo??

These chicks are 8weeks old. I'm pretty sure that one of them is definitely a hen, she got tail & wing feathers quickly. The other I thought was going to turn out to be a roo, but I haven't see a comb yet. Do you think they are both hens? I'd love it if they were. I have 2 other roos that hatched at the same time and they both have flaming combs already...no doubt about them. These are an Australorp/Faverolles mix.
