Are fertilized eggs more nutritious?

I had someone tell me this week that my eggs were the nutritional equivalent of commercially produced eggs because I don't keep a rooster with my hens. Is there any truth to this?

That was my thought. I mean, I suppose the nutritional value of an egg with a developing chick might be different, but I can't imagine that a tiny dose of rooster sperm would make much of a difference. The guy swore to me that I wouldn't have the "fortification benefits" that increase calcium, magnesium, and potassium levels...

The only difference, as said, is within diet. And surely there's a BIG difference in store bought vs home grown eggs. . . And even more so if the feed isn't commercial or the hens are free ranged.
