I just bought 2 golden lace wyandotte from my local TSC, i have never had one of these breeds so i dnt know much about i researched some online, but i have a few questions
1 do they lay during winter?
2 do they get along with other breed laying hens?
3 at what age do i intriduce them to my other flock?
My flock now is 5 months old i have 2 white leghorns, 1 RSL, & 2 RIRs extra info just in case, Thanks :)

I have had both SLWs and GLWs for five years, and these ladies are still laying regularly. They molt between late summer and late fall, and begin laying again by the end of January.

Be warned, though, the Goldens can be very persistent broodies, and some of these "red heads" can possess violent tempers when broody.
