Are her wings ok?

My goose in the middle is having problems keeping her wing tips up. Its like theyre too heavy or something. She will pull them up behind her back like the normal folded position, then they will just sliiiiide down to the ground, over and over.
She is eating drinking walking swimming fine. Her brother does not have this problem. They are about 4-5 weeks old and for the last week have eaten only eaten grass/flowers. Prior they were on chick starter. I dont think its angle wing as her wings are not bent? Just seems like she is too weak to keep them up.

I don't believe it is angel wing. I can't see for sure, but it appears that her wings are filled with new blood/pin flight feathers. If so, it is not unusual for a bird to have to keep readjusting their wings.
