Are Mearns quail good parents?

If I put unrelated chicks in with my mearns pair will they take care of them?
Also could I let them hatch and raise their own babies?

I don't own any Mearns....too expensive for my blood!...plus, they are very demanding species, ie, require 'expert level' care.
