Second day second egg...lol. Although small. So professionals what should I do to increase the size

I had forgotten how small pullet eggs were until my newest editions. It's like a first time mama have a large baby. There would be tearing and stuff. Give a human enough births and the babies start to slip out easily. Same with chickens. Enjoy the pullet eggs. They are "fancy expensive food" in some resturaunts.
