Are my chickens okay?

It is 30 degrees and snowing hard where I live. Are my chickens okay outside or should I move them inside?

Do they stay out all the time with no shelter? If they have access to a coop, barn, or shed of some type they will be fine, but they do need to be able to go in out of the snow and wind when they want.
