are my chicks sex links?

Hi,
My sussex hen just hatched 8 beautiful chicks. Father unknown as I have a few different breeds running together.
The chicks are black with a white chest and a white spot on the top of their heads.
If they are sex links would that make them all roosters?

Hmmm Do you have pics ? It sounds like you are describing barred chicks, but your Sussex hen would have to be barred for them to be sexlink males.

So do you have a Barred rooster that could possibly be the father ? A barred rooster on Sussex hens would give all barred chicks.

Having trouble posting pictures.I'll keep trying to learn. There was a barred rock rooster...........
Also an Astrolorp and my main man who looks like the Kellogs cereal rooster.

And what you are decribing sounds like barred chicks and if so, the Barred roo would be the father.
