Are my Delawares Crossed? Bantams or Full-size??

I've got 3 little Delaware beauties, 2 hens & 1 Roo! They're probably about 4 months old!

I would really like to know if they're cross-breeds or not!? They're still small and I think they're bantams actually! Can anyone help?!

they look crossed to me.
i think delawares are supposed to have a black tipped tail, and black in the hackle feathers.
yours have alot black which is why im saying there crossed.
somebody correct me if im wrong somebody.

theyre standards its looks like BTW

there Delewares, and there standards, its common for Delewares to show alot of barring when there still young. they should look better as thy age though.
