Are my ducklings sick?

My 2 week old ducklings seem very sick. They're losing feathers around their eyes and their back and their eyes seem so be watering too. I went to the local store today and they told me it might be because of their unbalanced diet. Any thoughts on this?

we used to feed them greens and cornmeal but now we bought special food for ducklings. here we kept them outside for a bit. that thing on top is because of the predators and we thought they could enjoy some moments of warm sun

How long were they on just greens and cornmeal? That isn’t a good diet for ducklings and the greens with out them having grit means they had no way of grinding it up. How long have they been on the duckling food. Can you get any poultry vitamins are you in the US? “Poultry cell” is a very good additive to give to your ducklings they maybe malnourished. Can you post a picture of them without the top so we can see their faces? What do you normally keep them in? can they move around with out being crowded?
