Are my eggs dead?

Ok so now there is some honey colored stuff coming off of one of my eggs, is it ok, should I take it out?

It's "weeping", which means it's dead. I'm sorry. Candle just to be positive, but definitely pull it and clean where it was. It can infect your other eggs if you don't clean it up.
