are my eggs dead

Hello I have some eggs that I have been incubating for a week, this is the first time I have ever done it. I made the incubator my self using a touch lamp and polystyrene box and it was working perfectly all week then on tuesday the temp dropped to 36°c so I covered it with a tea shirt an it went back to 37.5 and stayed there... But yesterday when I turned them and put t-shirt back on I think I touched the lamp and didn't notice till I turned them again later that night, and the temp had skyrocket to 45°c I think I didn't realy look I was in shock I took the eggs out straight away an tried to cool them by wafting them with a news paper and put them back in, today is the 8th day are they dead

Yes they look like they did yesterday one has a black spot and dark shadow the other 2 have dark shadows no black spot I had 6, 3 of them never did anything from the start,
shells are dark so can't see mutch what should I look for how do you no if they are dead
