Morning all. :D
First time hatcher here so I may be being a little over cautious but the incubator I have (brand new) is a Janoel 12 although barely holds 12 silkie eggs, is reading 37.5, and in the booklet says it is pre set to this temp. It feel pretty warm to the touch and it is doing its thing. Egg are going onto day 3 (put in Tues 9pm) I was reading that it is best to double check the temp so I bought a small temp/humid gauge and popped that in last night and this morning it is reading 33c with 55% humidity but the incubator is still reading 37.5c. Any suggestions will be great, thanks. I do not know now which one is reading correctly. I can buy another but not until tomorrow. What do I do? Are the eggs ruined now or........

I use govee thermometers, I will adjust my incubator temp to whatever they are reading.
I am trying to change to increase the temp but it wont play the game. keeps defaulting to 37.5. I am wondering if there is a way to reset it. I have held the button until the temp starts to flash and when I click the + it will not move yet if I press the - the temp will go down. The hygrometer/temp meter I just put in there is still reading 33c.

Just bought two of them as I got another incubator and transferred the eggs as that temp seemed stable but the thermo won't fit in it. Now the water from the external bottle is leaking everywhere and I have a too much humidity. I am having all sort of issues here!
