Incubator temperature not reading the same?

To change the temperature of your incubator to match the thermometer, your manual has directions on how to do that.

Otherwise, at 2:50 in this video says to push the plus or minus keys to what you want it to be.

I have contacted the company I bought the incubator from and they want me to take it back so they test it. If faulty they will replace it, if not then bad luck I guess. Just what to do with the eggs, may have to borrow or buy another one to keep them in while this one is tested.
