Are my eggs fertile?

My hens have started laying again for about the last month. It has been cold, and I am just starting to see the rooster "doing his job". The last couple of days I have been getting some darker eggs. Does this mean they are fertile?

Darker eggs have nothing to do with an egg being fertile. This Thread show you how to tell fertile, non-fertile in eggs.

Is there any way to tell WITHOUT breaking them!?!

Only other way to tell without breaking them is incubate them for 7-10days and candle them to see if anything develops.
