Are my eggs fertile??

I am ready to hatch some chicks however im not 100% sure if my eggs are fertile. I have looked at pictures of fertile eggs having the bulleye and I think I have the bullseye in my eggs!!!! What do you all think?

Thank you I feed them layers feed I keep it out so they can eat what they want and I mix about 1 1/2 cup of golden flax seeds and bran flakes 3 times aweek lol I was feeding flax seed everyday but the eggs sorta started to taste fishy
