Are My Eggs Infertile by the Time I Collect Them?

I usually get up to three eggs a day including one duck egg. But sometimes my hens lay very late at night and when I collect eggs they're cold. Does this mean they're dead? I check my boxes three times a day and I usually get them after their warm.

As long as they aren't frozen they should be fine.
