Are my eggs OK to eat?

I've been out of town for a couple of days. Is it OK to eat eggs that were laid on Friday and I just collected them today? (Sunday) Thanks all! I love being a part of such a knowledgeable group=)

As long as the eggs didn't get overly hot, they would be fine. Many people don't refrigerate their eggs - and keep them on their kitchen counters for quite a long time before eating.

Thanks for replying. What is considered overly hot? I live in southwest Florida, zone 10, and it's been high in the low to mid-80's. Plus some of my girls love to camp out when they lay, sometimes 30 minutes, so I'm sure that they keep the eggs nice and warm.
