Are my girls to old

i have 3 red hens im not sure how old they were when i got them they have been good layers but now the arnt laying at all not sure what to do I have increased there food and make them yummy treats .STILL NOTHING what now ????

We need to know two things

1) Were they full size when you got them, were they small when you got them, or were they big but still growing?

2) How long have you had them? Did you get them three months ago or three years ago?

Good morning ,the girls were fully grown when I bought them and were laying with in 2 weeks after they settled in ,I had them for 12 months or so I have a Sussex and she lays 1 egg every day but they are small the others were laying huge eggs but now haven't laid for about 3 weeks :-/
