Last spring we had an overpopulation of roosters (Turns out our 25 strait runs, were majority roosters). We got rid of them as fast as possible but they still were able to breed the crap out of the little hens, leaving them bald. Well almost a year later, there are still a couple of one's with bare backs

and it's all red and one's even bleeding a little, I think its the other hens picking her. But is this normal? Another one of my hens, has a red belly and a yellowish/beigeish part to it looks like a scab, is this the roost? Though none of the others have this?

Get some blue Kote for the red areas. Once chickens see blood, they will not stop pecking at it. I would also up their protein level. It will help them get their feathers growing once again. For the one with the scab, I would put some neosporin on it and wrap a bandage around her body, not the wings though. If the roost is rubbing on the sore, wrapping her will give some padding. If her keel bone is sticking out, she may be on the thin side. Is she eating? Good luck.
