Are my hens picking on this hen, and what do I do?

First time chicken mom here. We got our six hens as new baby chicks in March, and they've been with each other this whole time. Today I saw the back of this hen and I have no idea what happened. Is this the result of the other hens picking on her or has she been injured some other way? I haven't seen any picking from the others, and I'm almost 100% sure predator would not be able to get to them.

What should I do for her? Do I need to bring her in the house to separate her from the others until she heals? Is there anything I need to put on her back? Thank you for all guidance!

Lack of protien makes hens pluck and eat others once they start they dont ever stop

I give them a feed with 16% minimum layer feed, treat every other day with soldier fly larvae, and give them left over pork roast, chicken, and hamburger from the kitchen.

Is there more I need to do for protein?
