Are my nesting boxes too small?

I finished my nesting boxes and the double doors so I can access all of them from the outside. I did not have a secure enough latch so I improvised and mad a door bar/ rake holder. I took the pics wail I was still working on the nesting boxes so it looks a little different when I open them but not much. Thank you everyone for the advice.
