are my pet chickens araucanas true?

they say they have true araucana eggs that are not a easter egger and they are good showers. do you think they really are araucanas?

I would say it depends on who "They" are. See if you can find some of their old customers.

Araucanas, amerauacanas & ee's are all different. There is a sticky that is good reading about them. Araucanas have the tuffs and are rumpless while ameraucanas have beards and slate /willow colored legs.............EE's are just a mixed breed and they use one of those breeds with another. Still great chickens................
