Are my pullet's eggs fertile?

My Silkie has been mating my "Leggern" pullet, but she has only been laying for about a month. Would her eggs stand any chance of hatching? The roo is 7 months old. I love to hatch some Silkhorns!

They probably are but waiting another year until next spring for your Leghorn to mature fully and for your silkie rooster to reach his full maturity would stand a better chance of being "healthy" hatching eggs.

Would be a cute cross though.

I'm going to try it anyway as I'm just dying waiting for chicks. I'd only hatch a few anyway.

My EE's have only been laying for about 2 1/2 weeks (they are 18 weeks old) and my rooster is also 18 weeks and I have gotten fertile eggs already. Here's a photo of one.
