Are my silkies still pullets?

All my girls are laying but my silkies. The silkie mix they came with started laying a few weeks ago. So, I just want to double check that everyone thinks they are pullets, cause I honestly can't tell. Excuse the green, Snowflake went with us to a St Patty's day parade.

Thank you. I hope so. What color eggs do they lay? I get a light tan egg about 4x a week, which I was assuming came from my silkie mix, but could they be from one of my silkies? I want a broody, lol, and am impatient for them to hurry up and lay and hopefully go broody.

I don't have any Silkies now but I have in the past and mine laid an off white egg as best as I can remember. The way mine went broody was I just let them keep their eggs and after they laid about 9 -10 it never failed and they started setting.
