Are my young bantams pullets or roos?

Here's my two bantams, a D'uccle and a Frizzle. Can anyone help me figure out if they are male or female? I'm new to chickens, Thanks!

The frizzle is almost definitely a girl, the d'uccle looks like a boy.

That's kinda what I was thinking. We're not really sure if we want any roosters but we'll see, I may be able to handle just one I hope you're right about Polly the frizzle, she is so sweet and I've gotten pretty attached. Rainbow the D'uccle is sweet too so if he's the only roo we may be ok. Thanks for your input!

Also, do they look ready to go out in the coop soon? We are building a chicken tractor and it should be done within the week. It's already getting pretty warm here in GA!
