Are Old English and Leghorns similar?

I have 2 Old English girl and boy. Also a girl Leghorn. Why do the females of both look the same? The Leghorn looks like you increased the size of an Old English. And why are Old English so tiny?

They look similar because they are the same color variety. OEGBs are small because they’re bantams, miniature chickens.
