Are Pink Eggs Hatchable?

Are pink shelled eggs from the Aracauna, Americana, EE breeds and mixes fertile and hatchable? I notice the breeders of these birds that sell hatching eggs often state no pink eggs will be sent.

Thank you
They should be. Shell color is not indicative of the lack of fertility. As long as the rooster is hitting the spot, the eggs will be fertile.

I would imagine what they mean by not sending pink eggs is when they only send blue eggs this is a guarantee the hen has the blue egg gene.
so yes pink eggs are fertile When the rooster does his job.

The fertile ones are. And yes they state that so you'll know youre getting birds that carry the blue egg gene. Any hen that produces "pink" eggs won't carry a blue egg gene.
Ameraucana and Araucana should never lay pink or brown eggs so I wouldn't buy any eggs from someone breeding those with that statement in their ad.
Americana and EEs are just mixed breed birds and can lay any color egg so not sure exactly why they would include that. Maybe because blue egg layers are popular right now.
With the mixed breeds just because an egg is blue it doesn't guarantee a pullet from that egg will lay blue.
