Are roos ever born with wattles and a developing comb?

I've hatched and bought a lot of babies before, but I've never see one hatch out with noticeable wattles and a developing comb. My momma silkie hatched out 5 babies today, and the last one to come out has wattles and a developed looking comb. I just find it weird, because none of her other babies have ever had anything like this. The mom is a white silkie, the dad a BR Roo or an Ancona Roo, most likely the BR judging by the coloring on the chick.

I just looks like its going to be a roo.
