My Faverolles chicks will be 2 weeks old tomorrow. It appears the hens are noticeably larger than what I believe to be roosters. Is this normal of this breed or chickens in general?
Thanks!

I have 5 S.F.'s . They are about 3 months old now. I have one rooster and 4 pullets. They have all been close to the same size all along. Sometimes some chicks just grow slower. In my mixed breed coop i have 10 hens and one rooster. The rooster grew slower until about 3 months then started getting hugh. He is now noticably bigger than all the others. Good Luck
