Are serama roosters as loud as regular sized roosters?

Are serama roosters as loud as regular sized roosters? And will a no-crow collar help lessen their volume?

If it helps, my bantam rooster’s crow seems quieter than a regular rooster’s crow.

Personally my seramas crows are higher pitched than regular sized roosters. I've tried using no-crow collars as a test to see if they'd work, my roosters weren't happy and it seemed to stress them out.

Serama rooster crows vary quite a bit. I had one Serama whose crow was hilarious in its petite quietness. However, the most recent Serama roo I’ve gotten has a crow that could wake the dead. On top of his shrill piercing crow, he has the nerve to crow anywhere from five times in a row to about twenty-ish times in a row in the span of roughly five minutes! Seramas are all-around sweethearts, though.
