Hi. I've heard that silkie roosters are comparatively nice. Is that true? And, if I do end up getting roosters, is there a way to keep them nice. Like separate them from hens?
Thanks all

Silkies as a breed do tend to have a more docile nature. However you could still end up with an aggressive roo. But he can’t do damage to you anyways since silkies are so small and what not. It feels like a pillow hitting your legs:lau

So it’s hit or miss, I have however had mostly nice silkie boys. I’ve only ever had one people aggressive one and I’ve bred silkies for a while now.

I hope this helped! Let me know if I covered everything
